INSTRUCTIONS: Compare the leadership of two of the following leaders- Give examples of what made them a good/ bad emperor and how they impacted the Empire. Write your comparison of the 2 leaders down so you can refer to later. (Or is your teacher asked you to you would be able to send the file or a picture of what you wrote)
