Week of 4/13
Bonjour!
Man, I miss you all! But soon we'll be able to videoconference and do everything via Microsoft Teams and other platforms. Stay strong!
For this week, please go to our OneNote. I'll be posting things there under the section "CoronaBreak First Weeks", and posting by week.
If you don't remember how to get to OneNote, I have instructions below. Parents, you don't need to log in - there are instructions below to see the "Content Library" which is where I put everything!
Parents can see any and all things I post in the Content Library - all of the daily plans, etc. - by following these links, WHICH IS SPECIFIC TO YOUR CLASS PERIOD:

- Make sure you know how to get onto OneNote; we will continue using that as our primary source of communication and organization. Remember:
- Go to office.com
- Username: your school email. Password: the same you use to log onto a school computer.
- Go to OneNote, and then my class will either be under Recent or Class Notebooks.
- All info is usually under "Content Library", and the current unit and day.
- Instructions for parents to see the Content Library are at the end of this letter.
- Join Remind, please (if you haven't already)!

Weeks of 3/23/2020 and 3/30/2020
- Please check VHL (vhlcentral.com) to do some review work I’ll post!
- If you can’t remember login info, email me.
- This work will be “due” at some point. Don’t worry, for now you are not graded.
- Story activity:
- Use your powers of passe compose to write a short story about what has happened/changed the last few days of this strange break. Bonus points for poems! (Not that points count for anything right now…)
- Quizlet folder for French 2!
- This week, please review –er, -ir, and –re verb conjugations. There should be a Quizlet for each.
- Can’t go wrong by practicing any and all of these Quizlets! Quiz yourself, play a game, do what you can to stay up!
- If you haven’t joined the Quizlet French 1 class yet, go ahead and do that (click here). It’s free, and it helps me keep track of how everyone is doing.
- If you’re feeling brave, watch France 24 en direct (live) on YouTube for ten or so minutes a night. It is a public news channel and very well regarded, but I cannot guarantee suitability for every news story.
